The way engraving on Bonkers® products works is that the plastic has three layers. A front, middle, and back
layer - much like a sandwich. When the relatively thin front layer is engraved through, the color of the middle layer
becomes visible. The plastic is manufactured in such a way that the three layers are actually fused together,
eliminating any chance of the plastic delaminating or peeling apart. This feature allows Bonkers® products to
stay clean and fresh looking for years to come.

Custom engraving with letters is only $15.00 per letter.
Engraving on Bonkers® products is a very economical way to display school names, club names, or any other words,
phrases, or motto. Letter sizes can be as big as 13 inches tall on any of the Bonkers® BB600, BB800, XB600, or the
XB800 Models. Even bigger on the DB600 and DB800 Models.
(The $15.00 per letter does not apply to the engraving for the Bonkers® Fund Raiser Program.)

Bonkers® products can help customers enhance their facility and surroundings. The example above required that the .jpg
image on the website be copied into our art program and manually outlined in order to be engraved.
Pricing for custom logos and artwork is determined by the amount of time required to get the logo or image ready for
engraving plus the actual run time of the engraving. For example, the cost of the ISPS logo above was a one time charge of
$250.00 for the artwork, and $100.00 per engraved piece. The actual size of the finished logo is 13" round.
